For more than 36 years of the company's history they have built thousands of prefabricated homes for customers in Northern New York and New England. The homes are built in quality controlled 100,000sf factory in Vermont giving unparalleled control over pricing, energy efficiency and build quality.

Since 1978 the Huntington Homes has been witness to all of the changes in the Energy, Building, Electrical and Plumbing codes throughout all of New England States. This experience has given them a broad understanding and historical view on changing methodologies and evolving modular building science. Today Huntington Homes carries forward their experiences and combines them with modern building methods and materials. The company's core focus is on the building envelope construction. Countertop flavors come and go, but the building envelope will last a hundred years. Huntington Homes standard wall has been testing 55% tighter then an Energy Star home and 75% tighter then a Code Built Home.
